Can I use this if I booked my hotel elsewhere?

Yes. Select your accommodation, dates and travelers. You can organize transfers and tours without booking a hotel through Proactivitis.

Does creating an itinerary cost anything?

Creating and adjusting your itinerary does not charge you. You pay for the services you choose to book after reviewing their total and conditions.

Which destinations are supported?

The planner covers Punta Cana, Bayahibe and Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. Options depend on your accommodation and each service's coverage.

Can I remove a tour or transfer?

Yes. While planning, you can add or remove services and change their dates. Once booked, each service's change and cancellation conditions apply.

Do I need WhatsApp to book?

You can select services and pay online. WhatsApp is available if you prefer assistance or have a question.

Are flights or hotel payments included?

No. This itinerary combines transfers and tours. Accommodation is booked and paid separately; flights are not part of this planner.
