In case, such additional charges are levied by the hotel, Travel Agent will not be responsible for it. 4. Extra bed can be accommodated with a folding cot or a mattress, subject to room size & availability. 5. The hotel reserves the right to decline accommodations to localities/same city residents. Travel Agent will not be responsible for any check-in declined by the hotel or any refunds due to the above mentioned reason. 6. The hotelier may charge your Card/Account for additional cancelation charges, if any. 7. All hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year's eve.
