From Nankai Railway’s Namba Station, guests can take the direct escalators from the 3rd floor ticketing gate. From Namba Station (Subway/JR/Hanshin/Kintetsu Line), the closest exit is Exit 4 and 5. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. 6th floor Lobby Renovation will be carried out to craft a better experience for you, starting from 20 August 2026 - March 2027. Certain areas may be temporarily closed, with operating hours of several 6th floor venues adjusted in line with construction works.
