From Shin-Yokohama Shinkansen Station via bullet train, it takes about 10 minutes to Shinagawa Station in Tokyo, 75 minutes to Nagoya, 110 minutes to Kyoto and 120 minutes to Osaka. The hotel has a Green Program. Guests staying 2 nights or more can choose not to have their room cleaned, and will receive a discount in return. Effective April 1, 2026, breakfast charges will be revised: Breakfast is available for an extra charge: Adult: JPY 3500, per day Child: aged 4–12 years: JPY 1,900, per day.
