Before your stay

The swimming pools heating is available in winter, from 1 November to 30 April. Please note that half board rates include breakfast and dinner. Drinks are not included in the evening meal. PLEASE NOTE: all guests, INCLUDING MINORS, must present a valid official identity document upon arrival. The only accepted documents are: DNI, NIE or PASSPORT, in accordance with current Spanish regulations (Orden INT/321/2021 and Real Decreto 933/2021). From March 2025, the hotel will charge a touristic tax of 0,15€ per person per night to the client during the check-in process. It will be applicable to all persons staying in tourist accommodation in the municipality of Mogán, regardless of age or place of residence. Please note that not all rooms have air conditioner. Portable air conditioning (surcharge): - For Classic Apartment with balcony and sea view – CA1BASV – Additional cost of €20/day. - For Classic Double Room with small balcony – CDRSB – Additional cost of €12/day. Please note that pool towel rental is subject to availability and comes at an additional charge of €5 for the first towel, plus a €10 deposit.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
