Before your stay

Menjaga Bay is a remote resort, and guests must arrange their arrival and departure in advance. ARRIVAL: The resort driver can collect guests from Komodo Airport or another location in Labuan Bajo and transfer them to Pink Harbour for IDR 100,000. The drive takes approximately 10 minutes. Complimentary boats from Pink Harbour to Menjaga Bay depart at 7:15 AM, 11:30 AM and 5:30 PM. DEPARTURE: Complimentary boats from Menjaga Bay to Pink Harbour depart at 6:15 AM, 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Transfers outside the complimentary schedule are subject to availability, additional charges and confirmation by the resort. The direct road to the resort is extremely rough and may become impassable during the rainy season. Guests planning to arrive independently by car or motorbike must contact the resort beforehand for current guidance. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. The property may verify the card details provided. If the card is invalid or cannot be verified, the guest will be asked through Booking.com to provide updated card details within the permitted deadline. If valid card details are not provided, the reservation may be cancelled. The reserved room category is guaranteed; however, specific room numbers, individual villas, locations within the resort, floors or proximity to other rooms cannot be guaranteed. Rooms booked together are not guaranteed to be adjacent. All allocation requests are subject to availability. Extra beds are available only in eligible Mountain and Sea Suite categories. Extra beds cannot be accommodated in Garden View rooms. Menjaga Bay does not have a beach. Mobile signal and Wi-Fi may vary because of the resort’s remote location.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
