We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, they even accepted our check-in at 4 am after our plane was delayed. The rooms are acceptable with basic amenities, however, we were never able to have hot water in the bathroom and there is no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so when we took a shower everything was wet. The hotel itself is close to the Karol Bagh metro station but it is on a very narrow street and difficult to find, at least our uber took around 15 minutes to find out where it was since they don't provide an exact address. The breakfast has little variety and only Indian food, but what we tried was quite tasty.Source: tripadvisor · Nuitee
