The best start to our holiday - very good place to stay.

What they liked

Hotel easily accessible from Gatwick N Terminal from where we were travelling. Friendly and helpful staff. Room quiet, comfortable, sufficiently spacious and well equipped. We asked for and received an early morning call. Breakfast available after we had checked in (we could have had it from 0400), which was very near to the hotel entrance. All in all, everything right in respect of what we needed.

For guests without pre-booked parking with us, please access hotel via Gatwick North Terminal - this includes drop-offs (charged £10.00 as per Gatwick's tariff). The hotel entrance is inside the North Terminal 1st Floor Level, towards the far righ-hand side of the Easyjet bag drop area. Entry to the Mid Stay Car Park 7 will incur charges. Due to airport security reasons, the hotel will not be able to accept or store any postage, sporting or event tickets, parcels or store luggage prior to arrival or upon departure. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Guests under the age of 18 can only check-in if accompanied by an adult throughout the stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required.
