What could improve

The breakfast was one of the worst I have ever experienced. During my stays at different places across Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry, I have generally been served good-quality breakfast such as idly, pongal and vada. Unfortunately, the breakfast here was very disappointing. The vadas were of inconsistent sizes, and the overall preparation and taste were not satisfactory. Hotel management has a responsibility to provide decent-quality food and a comfortable dining experience for guests. Unfortunately, there was no proper air conditioning or even adequate fans in the dining hall, which made the experience even less enjoyable. The stay itself was fine, but the food and other facilities were only average. Overall, the food quality was below average and definitely needs significant improvement. Enclosed- one vada pics to identify, the quality and responsibilities of the management.

Property is not clean, no security, no supporting staff and rooms are far away from what it’s showing in pictures. The rooms are backside to the Geo hotel which is a 2 mins walk from Geo hotel and not suitable for family at all.
