Please note that the price includes a reasonable but limited use of water, electricity (10kw/day) and gas. A higher consumption of the service outside this calendar has an extra cost of EUR 10 per day. Please note that air conditioning is available during hot hours only, from 10:00 till 22:00, limited to 23-24°C, and available from June 5th to September 18th only. Please note that heating is available from November 15th to March 15th only and limited to 21-22°C. A higher consumption of the service outside this calendar has an extra cost of EUR 10 per day. Visits are not allowed; only registered guests can access the accommodation (minimum penalty of 50€ per person per day applied to every day of the stay, not only the day of the infraction). Please note that the washing machine and dryer are available for stays of three nights or more only. Failure to comply with all the rules mentioned above implies immediate expulsion without the possibility of a refund. Guests will experience disturbance from the Festival Havaneres from June 28th to July 7th, 2026. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom, and downstairs there is a bathroom and a children's bedroom, where the crib is located; it is fixed in place and cannot be moved.
