Some properties share a resort complex. Include the full hotel name and section, and confirm the reception or pickup point for your vehicle.
Your group and luggage
Count every traveler, including children. List large suitcases and mention oversized items when requesting the quote so the vehicle can be confirmed.

Can I request a transfer between two Punta Cana resorts?
Yes. Enter both properties, your preferred pickup date and time, traveler count and luggage. Proactivitis reviews the route and sends a quotation before you book.
Is this a normal round-trip airport transfer?
No. A split stay can involve PUJ to your first hotel, a hotel-to-hotel journey and your second hotel back to PUJ. Each leg needs its own date and pickup details. Request only the legs you need.
How much does a hotel-to-hotel transfer cost?
The price depends on the two properties, journey schedule, group size and luggage. An airport fare is not automatically the price for a journey between hotels. We confirm the route-specific price before payment.
Does completing this form confirm a reservation?
No. The form prepares an itinerary for you to review and send on WhatsApp. No payment is taken and no reservation is confirmed. Availability and cancellation terms are provided with your quote.
Can I request child seats or an accessible vehicle?
Describe your requirements when sending the request. Special equipment and vehicle suitability must be confirmed before booking; they are not guaranteed by completing this form.
